Crossco Consulting Pty Ltd was established 1985, and is an ISO 9001 Quality Assured firm of professional engineering and environmental consultants. Based in Bairnsdale, Crossco provides civil engineering design and environmental consulting services across Victoria and interstate.
Crossco’s core capabilities lie primarily in civil engineering design for infrastructure such as roads, dams, drainage, sewer and water supply, land development, landfill cells, capping, waste transfer stations, resource recovery facilities and coastal structures such as boat ramps, jetties and breakwaters.
The consulting team at Crossco consists of 6 professional engineers, 2 drafters and an undergraduate engineer. We work closely with other professions such as surveyors, town planners, geotechnical specialists, marine engineers, environmental specialists, mechanical and electrical designers, traffic engineers, and waste management specialists.
One element of Crossco’s expertise is in accurately designing, drafting and documenting projects in preparation for tender. The opportunity for variations and cost escalation is largely avoided by ensuring that the contract documentation is clear and accurate, with comprehensive drawings, specifications, quantity schedules and appropriate contractual conditions for the project being undertaken.
Crossco’s Project Managers are experienced at delivering large and small civil projects efficiently and systematically. The Crossco team regularly manages Crossco’s designs and the designs of other consultants on behalf of clients. Their experience includes many years working as Contract Superintendents, Client Representatives, Contractor Representatives, and independent technical advisors.
